Residential & Commercial Propane Tank Monitoring

WESROC Propane Tank Monitoring

WESROC propane tank monitoring is a technology that allows propane providers and customers to remotely monitor the amount of propane remaining in a tank. It uses a small device installed on the tank that transmits data via cellular and wireless networks. This data can be accessed through a website or smartphone app, providing real-time propane level readings.

Key benefits:

  • Prevents run-outs: By providing real-time data and alerts, it helps ensure you don’t unexpectedly run out of propane.
  • Enables automatic deliveries: Propane providers can use the data to schedule deliveries proactively, eliminating the need for manual tank checks or customer-initiated orders.
  • Provides peace of mind: Customers can easily check their propane levels anytime, offering reassurance and control over their energy supply.
  • Increases safety: The monitoring system can detect unusual usage patterns or leaks, potentially preventing hazardous situations.
  • Offers convenience: No more manual tank checks or guesswork about when to order propane.

It can be difficult for Residential & Commercial customers, with fire places, pool heaters and standby generators make it to schedule timely propane deliveries.

WESROC Residential & Commercial Tank Monitors eliminate these variables by keeping us updated with the current level in your propane tanks.

Enables suppliers to move will-call customers to automatic delivery, making deliveries and routing more predictable and efficient while protecting against run-outs.

Originally: $650.00. With the pool heating season approaching, we will be discounting them too $575.00(one time). ($120.00 yearly monitoring fee)

Flowchart depicting four steps: Monitor (tank levels checked, alerts sent), Communication (alerts via satellite/internet), WESROC.NET (integration with reports/software for propane delivery service), and Delivery (efficient scheduling). Simple icons represent each step.
How it works:
  1. Installation: A small monitoring device is attached to your propane tank.
  2. Data transmission: The device measures the propane level and transmits this data wirelessly to a central server.
  3. Remote access: Propane providers and customers can access the data through a web portal or smartphone app.
  4. Alerts and notifications: When the propane level falls below a certain threshold, alerts are sent to both the provider and the customer.
  5. Proactive deliveries: Based on the data and alerts, propane providers can schedule timely deliveries, ensuring customers never run out.
